Most of us tend to be lunaediesophobia also known as ‘mondayphobia’. We do not like the thought of Monday. We have fun from Friday all the way to Sunday evening, wishing we could have two Sundays in a week. Well, It could be a good or bad thing. People often feel this way based on number of reasons. A reason could be that you are not happy at work or school, or you are bored of doing the same over every day, or probably you are simply lazy and wants everything on a platter of gold.
Well, here are two great tips on how to overcome Monday Stress;
Re-orientate your mind.
First, you need to deal with fact that the battle ground is in your mind, and whatever limitations or stress we face is determined by our beliefs and perception of reality. So perhaps you need to have a mind-shift, take a step back and reflect. The reason you’re stressed might not be as a result of your place of work or duty, but your perceptions and expectations.
See, even if the work is hectic, your mind is powerful enough to reduce the task it all depends on what perspective you are seeing it from, or what motivates you to get to work daily. Is it to make money? To wile away time? Or to add value to someone’s life, or the company? Working with the mindset that you want to add value will always make work less stressful and more enjoyable. Why? Because we were initially created to add value to our environment.

Make your work-schedule flexible
Often times, we tend to load ourselves with work and activities that weigh us down at the end of the week. Scheduling your activities would help you to be more productive and vibrant. Organizing your work activities doesn’t mean you should bombard yourself with stuffs you know you can’t handle. Having a flexible work-schedule would make you have a good attitude towards work and your weekend .
