Gbolafunmi Folayan Adeyemi is currently the Head Customer Services, MallforAfrica She has a Bachelor of Arts (BA), Business Administration and Management, from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Masters Degree in Financial service from the  London School of Business and Finance. She has served as Operations Manager Business Process Outsourcing, CHAMS PLC Abuja  and also as  Projects Account Officer at Balfour Beatty and Carrilion JV, London, United Kingdom.

She will be talking on the nexus between technology and customer satisfaction, how your products can attract new buyers and retain existing customers about how she uses technology to ensure that people have a pleasant experience buying things from all over the world.
