Earlier this week, it was heard the the Oyo State Government is proposing to have party and entertainment organizers pay for a license before they get to organize party in the state.
Does the government provide any special amenities to derive such payment from entertainment bodies who are trying to keep their heads up in the very unresponsive culture of this city.
Do the entertainers even get to make that much money at this event (which most are almost free).
Is this the smartest way for the government to squeeze out money from innocent citizen to bear debts.
