Our source told us that the owner of Walan Hotels was immediately taken into the Intensive Care Unit, ICU, of the sprawling hospital where he spent less than 24 hours before death came calling.
A family source who wants to remain anonymous also confided in us that the business mogul had been struggling with partial stroke for some time before he had another crisis during the week and he was taken to the Police Hospital. It was when they discovered that he was not responding to treatment that he was referred to UCH.
However, a UCH source revealed to us that cardiac related issues were being treated at the ICU before he stopped breathing.
